Supplier responsibility: Each supplier is responsible for ensuring that its products, services, campaigns, disclosures, fulfilment processes, and regulatory obligations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Where a supplier offers a regulated financial product or financial service, it must hold the appropriate regulatory authorisation or operate through an appropriately authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP), as required by applicable legislation.
