Where a campaign involves a regulated financial product or service, all regulated activities must be conducted by the relevant authorised Financial Services Provider and properly authorised persons under that provider’s licence, governance and responsibility. Users should verify an FSP’s status directly through the FSCA where appropriate.
Affiliates do not become FSPs merely by joining the Ripple Connect network. They may only participate in activities that are lawful, contractually approved and within their own regulatory permissions.
Product and campaign suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, regulatory status, disclosures, terms, fulfilment and customer outcomes associated with their offerings.
